Oh, one more thing.
My boy Derek [Boo] has graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in English, from Kennesaw State University. He's a good guy and I am proud of him. Gals, take note - he's single and unattached!
So on Wednesday, when the ceremony was over, he texted me to say that he was graduated. I texted back and told him:
[1] Congratulations!!
[2] I am very proud of you, son.
[3] Get a job.
He laughed, too.

Congrats to him. Although, as a friend and I realized while we were out to dinner near BU- we want to go back and not leave again. Life on the outside is rough, man, rough and cold.
Young Master Derek is finding that out ;-) I do hope that old LT Wallace is as well-provided for in his ancient years, though....
